摘要

The reaction of 2-aryl-4-hydroxy-4-methyl-6-oxocyclohexane-1,3-dicarboxamides with hydrazine hydrate in ethanol gave 4-aryl-3,6-dihydroxy-6-methyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-2H-indazole-5-carboxamides, the structure of which has been proved by IR spectroscopy, 1 H NMR and 13 C spectroscopy, as well as X-ray diffraction data. Antimicrobial and analgesic activity of the obtained compounds was studied.
