Abstract
In order to solve the problem of single inverter dual permanent magnet synchronous motor systems under the condition of unbalanced load, maximum torque per ampere (MTPA) was adopted, so the model predictive control (MPC) strategy of single inverter dual permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) based on MTPA is proposed. Firstly, the dual PMSM equivalent weighted model is established by introducing the weighted coefficient Km, and according to this model, the MTPA control of the dual PMSM system is realized. Then, PI controller is replaced by model predictive control to obtain more accurate voltage vector, which can achieve the goal of dynamically tracking MTPA trajectory of the system in the case of dynamic load imbalance. The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can effectively improve the efficiency of the dual-PMSM model predictive control system and have better robustness with less fluctuation of motor parameters under the condition of unbalanced motor load.
