Abstract
Patient-related outcome measures (PROMs) and patient-reported experience measures (PREMs) are pivotal for evaluating the quality of care among individuals with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Psycho-socio-cultural factors (i.e. gender-related factors) could have a bearing on the way women and men perceived symptoms and care.
