摘要
•Hourly pollen dispersal of Camelina sativa in a day under turbulent or non-turbulent conditions over a distance up to 27 m was evaluated.•Camelina sativa pollen release began between 8:00 and 9:00 and peaked between 11:00 and 13:00 followed by a decrease to lower levels by 17:00.•No directional wind effect was detected on Camelina sativa pollen dispersal.•A minimum isolation distance of 10 m between Camelina sativa crops would be sufficient to maintain the gene flow rate < 0.01 %.•A maize barrier rows showed the potential for mitigation of Camelina sativa pollen flow.
