摘要
The dynamic state estimation of power distribution networks (PDNs) requires real-time accurate information provided by phasor measurement unit (PMU). However, the lots of data generated by PMU bring heavy burden to the limited communication bandwidth of PDNs, resulting in packet loss and communication delay, which reduce the accuracy of state estimation. This paper proposes an event-trigger extended set-membership filter (ET-ESMF) to solve these problems. An event-trigger strategy is established at first in which the measurement is transmitted to remote estimation center for the purpose of filtering only when the triggering condition is satisfied. By fully considering the unknown but bounded (UBB) noise and the nonlinearity of PDNs, an ET-ESMF algorithm is further proposed to enhance the performance of estimation. Finally, its feasibility and performance are demonstrated using the standard IEEE 33-bus system with PMUs.
