Abstract
With the comprehensive rise of the energy Internet, intelligent power distribution, distributed new energy, agricultural network transformation and construction are steadily advancing, electricity metering refinement, distribution network automation, equipment line management and other businesses bring new challenges to communication technology. The coverage of the existing private and public power communication networks is still inadequate, especially in remote areas and under the conditions of typhoons and ice disasters. The development of satellite communication provides new technical means to solve the above problems. Combining with more access to the edge of computing presents a high power application scenario oriented, mixed Leo satellite network schemes, this scheme can effectively reduce the communication time delay, high signal blind area of universal coverage, and support the vast users in ubiquitous access without perception, minimalist, applicable to a variety of electric power business, advanced intelligent power grid to lay a solid foundation for the construction of future.
