Abstract
•Different triglycerides were compared on lipid deposition in oleic acid induced human hepatic cells.•OA + CROI and OA + OMO treatment significantly reduced the contents of TG and T-CHO.•OA + CROI and OA + OMO down-regulated the protein expression of DGAT1, and up-regulated the PPAR α.•MLCTs reduced fat deposition by modulating the expression of proteins related to lipid metabolism.
