Abstract
•Addition of CIP improve the compressibility and densities of FeSiCr amorphous SMCs.•With CIP content increase, SMCs densities are increase and increase rate decrease.•Magnetic properties of amorphous SMCs can be controlled by adjusting the CIP content.•With the content of CIP 30 wt.%, the magnetic loss of amorphous SMCs is the smallest.
