Effect Of The Degree Of A Diffuse Phase Transitions On The Behavior Of Polarization Switching Processes And Elastic Properties In Multicomponent Ceramics Based On Pzt

It is known that in multicomponent piezoceramics with a certain ratio of the components of the solid solution and modifying impurities, the phase transition from the ferroelectric phase to the paraelectric one occurs in several stages. The temperature interval of such structural and polarization changes, can reach hundreds of degrees. The aim of the present article is to study an effect of a degree of diffuse phase transitions on a character of repolarization and elastic properties in the multicomponents piezoceramics based on PZT.
