Anions effect construction of 1D naphthalene diimide supramolecular chains by π interactions and fluorescence detect iodide anion

Five diverse 1D chains supramolecular compounds were synthesized. The co-crystal anions regulated 1D chains structural diversity through different π interactions. Thermal stabilities and fluorescence properties of these compounds were investigated. The solution of compound 2 can detect for I− anion by quenched fluorescence intensity.
