Abstract
•This study aims to elucidate the role of miR-19b-1-5p/ABL2 in bladder cancer.•Increased ABL2 and decreased miR-19b-1-5p are found in bladder cancer.•Restored exosomal miR-19b-1-5p restrained growth of bladder cancer cells.•Silenced ABL2 suppressed tumor growth of bladder cancer.•This study is essential for finding new therapeutic targets for bladder cancer.
