Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of perovskite solar cells, and especially relates to an n-i-p homojunction perovskite solar cell formed by self-doping of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials. The invention discloses the n-i-p homojunction perovskite solar cell. The cell includes in order from bottom to top: a glass substrate, an FTO transparent electrode, an n-i-p homojunction perovskite layer, and a gold electrode. The cell performs self-doping on edges of both sides of a perovskite layer through solid-phase diffusion to form the n-i-p homojunction perovskite layer. Dueto formation of the structure, orientation transmission of carriers and low temperature and rapid preparation of a perovskite solar cell are achieved, a preparation process of cells is greatly simplified, and the n-i-p homojunction perovskite solar cell does not require an electron transport layer and a hole transport layer, enables the preparation cost of the cells to be reduced, enables the stability of the cells to be improved, has good application prospects and commercial potential, and is beneficial to accelerate an industrialization process of the perovskite solar cell.
