Abstract
对烟蒂口腔细胞DNA应用常规Chelex-100法提取经荧光STR扩增、毛细管电泳,大多能得到良好的STR分型结果.在本例案件现场遗留的"红金龙"牌香烟烟蒂应用常规Chelex-100丢提取得到的DNA提取液由于含有烟蒂滤纸上某种脱落的红色色素抑制PCR扩增,导致STR检验失败,后改用BioRobot EZ1工作站进行DNA提取,去除了色素干扰,获得STR分型结果.
