Abstract
FXⅢA可在蛋白水平上应用于法医物证检验[1,2],它的A亚基基因座作为一个STR位点相当普遍地应用于DNA水平的法医物证检验中,是法医学中的一个特例.为此,我们首次对北京汉族人群的FXⅢA,从蛋白水平和DNA水平分别研究其遗传多态性,并获得了群体遗传学数据.
