摘要

•A cost-effective coupled reaction with UGT73C5 and AtSUS1 for rosin synthesis.•No addition of UDPG and UDP was required for reactions with crude enzymes.•91.1% yield of rosin and 62.4% yield of rosavin B were achieved at 50 mM cA.
