在使用法律武器捍卫自己或别人的合法权益时,一些法律工作者为了达到不同的目的,往往忽视了本应坚守的职业道德.本文以近期社会公众较为关注的李某某案件律师涉嫌违规被调查为引,概述了律师职业道德的概念及特征,提出了一些违反律师职业道德的问题,并相应地提出了解决对策.
