大学生就业现况不容乐观:一是大学生找到适合专业发展的工作难,二是企事业单位招聘到符合岗位要求的大学生难.其根源在于农业工程类教育产学脱节比较严重.本文力图通过究其症结,探讨应用型人才培养模式的构建.
