Abstract
目的:研究放射影像诊断在睾丸损伤中的临床应用及价值.方法:对我院2012年7月至2016年7月收治的55例睾丸损伤患者临床放射影像资料(CT)及临床处理情况进行回顾性分析.结果:放射影像诊断显示,本组55例患者中,出血型25例,破裂型11例,肿胀型7例,白膜下血肿型9例,脱位型3例.分型诊断准确率达到96.4％.本组患者行保守治疗14例,行手术治疗41例,所有患者均获得痊愈.结论:放射影像(CT)可准确诊断各类睾丸损伤,可准确评估损伤范围和程度,在临床治疗中具有较高指导参考性,可在临床中进行推广.
