Abstract
有效汇率(real exchange rate)是指一种货币相对于其他多种货币双边汇率的加权平均数.有效汇率分成名义有效汇率(nominal effective exchange rate)和实际有效汇率(real effective exchange rate,REER),前者是指未考虑价格因素的有效汇率,后者则剔除掉了物价因素.它是衡量一国国际贸易竞争力的重要指标和中央银行制定货币政策的重要依据.
