Abstract
国外学界对于健康治理的研究主要是从三层面展开:一是健康治理的内涵,包括概念集合说、制度中心说与价值准则说三类;二是健康治理的模式,包括跨部门协作、健康的公共政策、将健康融入所有政策三种模式;三是健康治理的评价,包括评价的方式及其主要维度设计.健康内涵的丰富性与治理实践的复杂性使得健康治理研究具有动态发展性特点,且呈现出参与式健康治理、开放性健康评价的新趋势.健康治理在机制设计、政策制定与过程评价方面对健康中国有积极意义.
