针对无机化学教学中缺少对学生工程实践、创新能力培养的问题,阐述传统教学模式与工程实践、创新培养不相匹配的原因,提出面向工程实践、创新能力培养的无机化学教学新模式:课堂教学内容通过实例进行多学科相结合、和实际相结合;课堂教学方法采用教、导、学、做相结合;课堂实验教学内容注意基础性、综合性、创新性、应用性相结合;教学组织方式采用多场合、多渠道相结合.
