通过文本分析和深度访谈,认为网络舆论对案件审判的影响既意义深远,但实际影响程度又非常有限.网络舆论施加于审判的压力加速了中国司法公开的进程,促使司法系统加强了网络舆论应对和引导能力,更在微观层面促使法官更加小心谨慎办案,努力提高办案效率和质量.即便某些审判结果有舆情影响的因素,但判决结果也在自由裁量权范围之内.
