Abstract
为了适应汽车轻量化要求,减轻防撞梁的重量,本文运用一体化集成设计方法,利用CATIA软件对防撞梁进行再设计,通过有限元分析验证一体化集成设计防撞梁性能符合要求,通过精密铸造技术对防撞梁进行加工成型,通过模态试验验证设计的有效性.经理论分析和试验验证,精密铸造防撞梁实现了减重41.5％且性能满足要求,验证了该方案的合理性.
