Abstract
城中村改造过程中土地增值收益的分配,是城中村改造中的焦点问题.在实地调研的基础上,对洛阳市城中村改造的现状和模式进行归纳,并分别对城中村拆迁前、拆迁中和拆迁后的土地增值收益在村民、村集体、政府和开发商四个主体之间的分配进行分析和评价,指出分配中存在的问题,最后为合理分配城中村改造的增值收益提出对策和建议.
