聚氨酯纳米纤维膜接枝聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺-co-丙烯酸)水凝胶的制备及表征

Abstract
采用热致相分离方法制备聚氨酯(PU)纳米纤维膜,然后通过紫外辐射将异丙基丙烯酰胺(NI-PAm)和丙烯酸(acrylic acid,AA)共聚到PU纳米纤维膜上,得到聚氨酯纳米纤维膜接枝聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺-co-丙烯酸)水凝胶(PU-g-P(NIPAm-co-AA)纤维膜水凝胶).水凝胶上纤维的直径为320±110 nm、孔隙率为95.2%、平均孔径为10.32 nm、比表面积为14.22 cm2·g-1.相比较于PU-g-P(NIPAm-co-AA)流延膜水凝胶,纤维膜水凝胶的平衡溶胀比从18.8 g·g-1增加到36.9 g·g-1.对应的相变温度从32℃增加到36.4℃,使其基本满足人体的需求.丙烯酸的引入,使PU-g-P(NIPAm-co-AA)纤维膜水凝胶不仅具有温度响应性还具有pH响应性.
