我国证券市场的发展规模和对外开放的初步尝试,为证券市场加速对外开放提供了有利条件.而证券市场法律体系不健全、市场结构的缺陷、证券机构缺乏竞争力以及证券监管法律制度、监管方式和监管水平的不足,均是证券市场加速对外开放的不利因素.对此,必须采取有效措施加以解决.
