依法维护高校职工的基本权益是高校工会的基本职责,但是随着我国市场经济的发展和高校发展的转型,教职工的需求发生了变化,这就需要高校工会创新管理机制,更好地为高校建设服务.文章将探讨现代高校工会发展的困境,以此探求工会新的发展路径,为高校工会的建设与转型提出合理化建议.
