Abstract
由于工程项目建设工期长、耗费人力物力多,最重要的是具有一次性不可逆的特点,因此,在建设过程中,如何高效、有序地推进项目管理,非常值得研究与探讨.鉴于前人经验与教训,本文结合我国之前设立的新区所出现的问题,就雄安新区来分析了其地域化发展制约因素及改进措施,以期为雄安新区建设提供借鉴.
