通过教学质量评价以持续改进教学质量,文章在分析教学评价主体的基础上,构建教学质量评价的指标体系,进行教学质量的量化评价与预测,以某门课为例对其2名任课教师进行评价,进行基于神经网络的教学质量评价预测.
