Abstract
随着我国人口老龄化的逐步加深,老年人养老问题逐步成为社会热点问题.本文借鉴消费资本理论,基于消费养老服务所涉及到的消费、返利、增值、养老等四个阶段,就天津、四川、上海等地区试运行的消费养老服务模式展开分析,分析当前消费养老服务运行中存在的问题,并从政策法律平台、企业信用体系、综合服务信息平台等方面提出相关建议.
