本文以我国医药行业沪市上市公司为研究对象,运用Altman Z值法对其财务危机进行预警研究,研究结果显示,虽然Altman Z值法对我国医药行业上市公司财务危机预警是有一定效果的,但是也存在一定的局限性.因此,我国医药行业可以适当选取Altman Z值法或其他方法对其财务境况进行预测,以期公司能稳定发展.
