当前随着我国高等教育体制改革,众多高校在本科生的教育教学过程中开始普遍推行本科生导师制.研究通过对232名高校青年的抽样调查,研究本科生导师制实施后的青年群体积极心理资本状况,在此基础上构建一个以本科生导师、心理老师和辅导员为主体的青年群体积极心理品质培育模式.
