第三方物流整合对物流服务质量、伙伴关系及企业运营绩效的影响研究

Abstract
第三方物流整合对于提高企业绩效具有重要影响,但目前缺乏对其影响路径和作用机理的实证分析.本文引入了物流服务质量和伙伴关系,构建了第三方物流整合、物流服务质量、伙伴关系和企业运营绩效之间关系的理论模型.以130家物流用户企业为调查对象,研究了第三方物流整合对物流服务质量、伙伴关系及企业运营绩效的影响.研究发现,第三方物流整合能够提高第三方物流企业的服务质量,物流服务质量对双方的信任和关系承诺水平都有正向影响,而且伙伴关系的加深能够促进企业运营绩效的提高.
