阳明心学的管理价值及践履路径

Abstract
阳明心学是儒家思想的正脉和当代新儒家的哲学根基,其思想的特点重在心上发力、心上用功,但却在中国本土管理哲学领域长期被忽视.从管理思想史来审查,西方的种种人文管理思想没有显著成效的原因,在于其思想特质注重人身之外,而缺乏一种向内的工夫.阳明心学“良知说”、“知行合一”、“致良知”构成的本体工夫论,正是解决西方管理理论这一困境的出路所在,这也是阳明心学在当今管理哲学如火如荼发展之时对于管理学界的当代价值.
