Abstract
建立了高效液相色谱-原子荧光光谱法测定水产品中无机汞、甲基汞和乙基汞.样品经5 mol/L HC1溶液超声提取60 min后经碱中和,与L-半胱氨酸络合后,采用HPLC-HG-AFS联用仪,流动相为5%甲醇+0.462%乙酸铵+0.12%L-半胱氨酸的混合溶液,经C18柱分离,分析检测提取液中3种汞形态.结果表明,无机汞、甲基汞和乙基汞在2.0~200.0ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,加标回收样品在0.17、0.33、0.67 mg/kg3个加标水平下的回收率分别为无机汞86.2%、甲基汞86.8%、乙基汞83.0%,检出限为0.01~0.02 mg/kg,定量限为0.03~0.07 mg/kg.该方法操作简单,准确可靠,适用性强,适用于水产品中无机汞、甲基汞和乙基汞的检测.
