Abstract
立足于碳配额合理分配的角度,考虑电力间接排放的归属问题,采用3种不同的计算方法,核算2008—2017年中国各省电力排放.一方面通过3种方法的对比分析研究不同原则下电力碳排放量的变化情况,另一方面为电力企业碳配额的分配提供依据参考,从而有利于提升企业减排生产的潜力和水平.
