Abstract
通过对相关中医药企业专利运营情况调研,针对中医药专利运营中存在的专利申请数量不多、不均衡,企业专利运营意识不强,专利运营方式比较单一,权利质押等创新方式比较欠缺,机构人员配置不足等方面的若干问题,提出从宏观层面应加强政策配套、平台建设,从微观上加强运营模式的创新,加强专利预警,提高中医药专利运营工作前瞻性等策略措施.
