阐述了装夹稳定性的研究现状,通过分析装夹对薄壁工件加工变形的影响,进而建立了工件-夹具系统的刚度模型,对刚度模型实行计算,同时对多重夹紧元件进行稳定性分析.通过研究两种不同的夹紧方案,表明薄壁工件稳定性研究的目的是来保证整个加工系统的静平衡,有助于提高薄壁工件加工过程的稳定性,从而提高加工质量.
