应收医保款占医院医疗总收入的比重逐年增加,资金规模较大,是医院应收账款的主要组成部分.随着医保支付方式改革以及日趋严格的医保资金监管,对应收医保款的管理提出了新的挑战.以某三甲医院N为例,从应收医保款管理的重要性出发,总结了应收医保款管理中存在的主要问题,提出了对策建议.
