Abstract
从延长油田油水样中分离到一株产表面活性剂的菌种,经鉴定为铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa),菌株经过室内发酵培养,发酵液的表面张力为26 mN/m,界面张力为1.61×10-2,其产物经过鉴定为鼠李糖脂表面活性剂.并在瓦窑堡元峁试验区开展了现场试验,试验效果良好,现场试验表明,微生物采油技术可用于延长低渗透裂缝非均质油藏,适应渗透率范围降低至15 mD.
