Abstract
在天然气长输管道换管修复作业中,氮气置换不彻底,气体检测不及时,都会对现场换管作业造成一定的安全隐患.针对氮气置换过程中阀室容易形成"死气"段,检测不及时容易在动火点造成安全事故,本文结合西气东输管道公司多次换管作业的案例,对氮气置换工艺和气体检测方式逐步进行了优化,提高了作业现场的安全.
