本次研究充分利用钻井、露头资料,在地层格架建立的基础上,对三湖坳陷东部第四系沉积演化进行了深化研究.研究认为三湖坳陷东部第四系七个泉组沉积期发育多种沉积体系,如河流、冲积扇、三角洲和湖泊等,其中以湖泊沉积为主.第四系湖盆中心具有自西向东迁移的特点.
