塔里木油田克深区块盐顶套管抗内压失效分析

Abstract
塔里木油田山前构造带是多为"三高井",普遍发育盐膏层,为平衡盐层蠕变,钻井液密度多在2.30以上,若钻遇高压盐水,钻井液密度高达2.55g/cm3,甚至更高.且随构造、断裂延伸,盐层的纵向、横向各向异性大,非均质性强,高压盐水普遍、非均匀分布.盐顶埋藏深,以克深903井为例,盐顶套管下深达7360m,盐层钻进的超高钻井液密度导致盐上套管的内压强度很高,尤其在压井、地破过程中,往往超出套管的抗内压强度.套管有破损的风险.本文讨论分析了克深903井盐上套管破损的原因,并对套管抗内压校核、悬挂点位置的选择进行了解释说明,并提出了解决方案.
