Abstract
硫化氢分压对硫化氢腐蚀起关键主导作用,本文利用高温高压反应釜,采用动态腐蚀失重法对13Cr不锈钢在不同硫化氢分压下的腐蚀速率进行定量评价,利用金相显微镜观察分析试片表面微观形貌,对腐蚀影响程度和腐蚀类型进行定性评价.研究结果表明随硫化氢分压的增加,13Cr腐蚀速率随之增大,腐蚀类型由均匀腐蚀为主转变为局部腐蚀为主,且腐蚀程度逐渐加深,对SSC敏感性随分压的增加,在0.6 MPa时开始降低,SSC程度逐渐下降,分压增至0.8 MPa时未见SSC.
