高速旋转机械振动实时监测技术是机械装备故障监测亟待解决的难题.本文在分析了非接触振动测量方法和原理的基础上,设计了旋转机械振动测量系统,建立了模拟实验台.和传统的接触式测量相比,该测量系统具有高精度、实时性、适用高转速设备监测等优点.
