多级复合解堵技术在新木油田开发中的应用

Abstract
新木为低孔低渗非均质性较强的油田,近年常规酸化措施成功率低,有效期短,处理半径低,效果不理想.多级复合解堵技术实现药液体系多级化解堵,从而降低解堵反应速度,提高解堵处理半径,防范解堵过程二次伤害.本文从多级复合解堵过程机理剖析解堵作用,从解堵药液与地层岩芯溶蚀、垢样溶速、反应缓蚀、流体配伍性和处理半径选择等方面进行优化,结合近井储层堵塞特征,筛选适合油藏条件复合解堵配方体系,现场应用取得较好解堵效果.
