Abstract
本文对稻谷中水分、出糙率和整精米率进行了分析测定,探索水分对出糙率和整精米率的影响.结果表明,当稻谷水分含量控制在11.8%~12.6%时,稻谷出糙率和整精米率较佳,对稻谷加工和储藏具有重要的指导意义.
