作为大众传媒的重要类型,微博正在发展成为主流的网络媒体,如何引导微博舆论,提高微博时代政府的执政能力已经成为政府面临的一个重大课题.北京和上海作为中国主要的城市在政务微博的使用上有很多异同,本文拟从比较北京上海政务微博现状入手,探究当今政务微博的发展趋势以及对我国政务微博发展的启示.
