Abstract
为提升油田管道焊接质量,利用信息技术将管道施工中的焊工、管道焊缝、焊口无损检测等信息一一对应记录在所开发系统中,系统自动生成焊工信息二维码、焊缝信息二维码,自动汇总评价焊接质量并对焊工进行动态评级,为建设单位、管理单位提供了快速的焊工身份核实手段,实现了焊接质量责任追溯与焊工焊接水平的科学评价,倒逼焊工提高质量责任意识.
