长庆油田加热炉提效实践与认识

Abstract
加热炉是油气田生产中广泛应用的重要设备,也是油气田开发的主要耗能设施.结合长庆油田生产实际,分析了加热炉热效率的影响因素,并对加热炉提效工程的实施进行了评价.针对油田加热炉存在的问题,提出优化核减、设备更新、技术改造、强化管理的措施,加热炉热效率提高了5.5％,消减了安全隐患,减少了碳排放量.最后针对加热炉提效工程提出了新的认识和建议.
